Spinner Ring / Meditation Ring

Ethical hand forged  Eco sterling silver spinner ring by Amphigory who has fabricated this using traditional metalsmithing techniques.
Starting by smelting down the sterling silver, hammering to create the textured band, sawing, filling, polishing then giving a light aging patina to accentuate the texture before giving it is final polishing and clean.

Perfect for everyday wear.

Having suffered with PTSD along with extreme levels of anxiety I found my spinner ring had a calming effect, helping to refocus my mind, concentrating on spinning the bands rather than being trapped in my mind.

Please note, I make no claims it can help you in the same way. That said, surely, it's waaAy better than an elastic band and it’s a whole heap prettier... Don't you think?
